Chris, Yeah there were ups and there were downs...your sense of humor carried me through difficult and lonley times. You were one of the first people I met when I came here from North Dakota. We shared many, many fabulous years on the Summit, I was lucky to have known you and Shannon and Billy... I love you...RIP You are home now.

Please accept our deepest sympathies and condolences to Christie's family and friends. Chris was an important part of the Lethal White community and will be greatly missed in this community, but never forgotten. It was because of Chris's work on the internet and websites that I connected with the Lethal White Aussie Rescue group; that I learned about and fell in love with the Lethal White Aussies (secondary to the stray that landed at my home); and how I became dedicated to educating people about Lethal White Aussies.
When our family has a member that passes we have a tradition of planting daffodil bulbs and reading the following poem, please know that I too will do this in remembrance of Chris.
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight.
I am the soft starlight at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry,
I am not there; I did not die.
