A celebration of life service for Troy A. Dugan will be held at 1:00 Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Price Funeral Home in Kenton. Burial will be at a later date. Friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 Wednesday, November 13, 2013.
He died Saturday, November 9, 2013 from a farming accident. He was born on June 23, 1963 in Bradenton, FL to Harry T. Dugan and Judith R. (Davis) Heenan. On August 8, 2000 he married Donna L. Woodruff and she survives in Ridgeway.
Also surviving are 2 daughters Jade Williams of Ridgeway and Rachel Williams of Orlando, FL, father and stepmother Harry T. and Keitha Dugan of Bellefontaine, mother and stepfather Judith R. and Richard Dennis Heenan of The Villages, FL, sister Amy (Andrew) Smith of Vero Beach, Fl, brother Kacy Channell of Vero Beach, FL, and 4 nieces Shelby Smith, Hayley Smith, Alexis Channell, and Dakota Channell.
He was preceded in death by a brother David Dugan.
Troy had been a farmer for the last three years and before that he was a builder in Florida.

    I write this with a heavy heart. Troy was such a good person. He worked so hard to build my husband and I a great home in Palmetto point, Palmetto, Fl. We will never forget him.
