Andrew Todd Fleck 45, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly Thursday May 19, 2011.  He was born December 18, 1965 in Charleston WV and had resided in Elyria most of his life.  Andrew was an Elyria High School graduate. Andrew loved spending time with his son, and family. Music was Andrew’s life; he was a self employed musician, and enjoyed teaching aspiring young musicians, he was also a gifted artist. Survivors include his son; Samuel Andrew Fleck of Amherst, his mother; Ruth A. (nee: Ashworth) Fleck of Elyria, a sister; Lora A. Gray (Wayne) of Houston, TX, three brothers; Ned E. Jr. of LaGrange, Daniel W. (Kim) of Enon, OH., Robert S. (Dellena) of LaGrange.  Andrew was preceded in death by his father; Ned E. Fleck Sr., and a sister; Rose Fleck.  Friends may call 5-7PM Wednesday May 25, 2011 at The Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd., (at State Rt. 57) Elyria (440)322-4626 where memorial services will be at 7:00PM Wednesday immediately following visitation.  Burial will be private at Brookdale Cemetery in Elyria.  Memorial contributions may be sent to the family in care of the funeral home.  Online condolences can be expressed at www.laubenthalmercado.com

  its so sad to think that our friend and fellow musician is gone. Andy sat in with our band and what an amazing musician and person he was. We were definatly blessed and lucky to have known him for the short time that we did. May he be at peace now, forever rocking out in heaven with the legends.
