Janet M. Murphy age 59 of 7909 Knauss Rd. Bloomville, Ohio passed away Thursday, February 2, 2012 at her residence.
She was born December 22, 1952 in Orgonie, Ohio to the late Walter Hayden and Lana Mae (Adkins) Christian.
On January 6, 1990 she married Audie L. Murphy.
Janet was of Christian Faith, she was employed at Ryan's for the past ten years as a server.
She is survived by her husband, Audie Murphy of Bloomville, OH., a son, Scott Alan (Brandy) Murphy of Bloomville, OH., four grandchildren, Alex Murphy, Dalton Murphy, Zachary Murphy, Noah Murphy, six sisters, Linda L. Parker of Marion, OH., Bonnie (Merl) Gibson of Raven, KY., Nancy (Ben) Forrider of Marion, OH., Jeannette (Sonny) Rose of Bucyrus, OH., Tracy (Steven) Stacy of Marion, OH., Tammy (Dave) Newland of Marion, OH., and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service for Janet will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2012 @ 10 AM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home with Audie Murphy officiating. Burial will follow at Price Cemetery in Richwood, Ohio. Visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, February 6, 2012 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Boyd-Born Funeral Home.
