Robert Charles Teets, Jr.


Robert Charles Teets, Jr., passed away Monday, July 12, 2010 at the Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay, Ohio. He was born to Robert Charles and Mary Kathryne (Luckett) Teets in Marion on September, 27, 1943.
Robert retired from the Erie Railroad and later drove truck for Paschall Truck Lines following his retirement from the railroad. Robert loved his friends and family. He loved to travel, enjoyed the outdoors, and had a great passion for fishing.
Robert is survived by four daughters, Kristie Miller of Green Camp, Wendy Crabtree of La Rue, Michelle Armbruster of Marion, and Andrea Teets of Kenton; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; his mother, Mary Kathryne of Kenton; and his brother, Thomas (Jan) Teets of Kenton.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert.
The Teets family would also like to thank Paul Buyer, a life-long friend of Robert, Wanda Hecker, and several others at the Kiwanis Village in La Rue.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 31, 2010 at 9:30 AM in La Rue Cemetery. Pastor Doral Sharp will officiate the service.
                    Obituary will run Thursday, July 29, 2010 in Marion Star and Kenton Times.
